Spread across three levels, the home has been thoughtfully designed to maximise both space and scenery. Enter through the front door into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, where large windows frame the stunning alpine outlook. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for casual dining, while the spacious lounge provides the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Queenstown. In the warmer months, step out onto the balcony and enjoy alfresco dining or a glass of Central Otago pinot as the sun sets over the lake.
Down one level, you'll find the master bedroom complete with its own private balcony, lake and mountain views, and a generous ensuite featuring a bath — the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. A second bedroom and the main bathroom are also located on this level.
The lower level comprises the secure internal-access garage, complete with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and additional fridge.
